{"id":989,"date":"2018-08-24T19:20:15","date_gmt":"2018-08-24T11:20:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stirlingphilatelicsociety.com\/?p=989"},"modified":"2018-08-24T19:24:32","modified_gmt":"2018-08-24T11:24:32","slug":"notice-of-general-meeting-to-alter-the-rules","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stirlingphilatelicsociety.com\/?p=989","title":{"rendered":"Notice of General Meeting to alter the Rules"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Stirling Philatelic Society (Inc) is convening a general meeting at which the following resolution\/s will be proposed as special resolutions to alter the rules of the association.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting will be held at 8.00pm. on Wednesday, 26 September 2018.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting Will take place at Clubrooms, Charles Riley Reserve, Wendling Road, North Beach.<\/p>\n<p>SPECIAL RESOLUTION\/S:<\/p>\n<p>Currently the Constitution states as per <a href=\"https:\/\/stirlingphilatelicsociety.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/SPS_Constitution_1999.pdf\">Attachment 1<\/a> and it is proposed to alter this\u00a0 Constitution by replacing the current constitution in its entirety by the attached Constitution (<a href=\"https:\/\/stirlingphilatelicsociety.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/SPS_Constitution_Aug2018_proposal_of_model_rules.pdf\">Attachment 2<\/a>) which is set on the Model Rules drafted by Consumer Protection of the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (W.
